A fabulous well equipped apartment, all you could want for a short break. Having clubs available made it even better to enjoy some golf. Added bonus was PS3, rackets, bikes & pool access. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The accommodation matched the description perfectly. It was clean, tidy and very quiet, which made our stay very pleasant. I recommend it without hesitation. However, it is better to have a car to make the most of the surroundings. We left with a little pang of sadness! We will surely come back.

An apartment with air conditioning, essential at this time of year, in a secure residential complex. Functional, with a large terrace and a beautiful view of the golf course.

Beautiful apartment, very comfy and the host was brilliant.

I had a wonderful stay. The terrace was beautiful and the house has everything that I needed. Everything is well thought out and having the extra a/c in the rooms was perfect. It's a quick drive to get to the coast and although I didn't have a chance to try the local restaurant, it looked great. It was nice having a small grocery store within walking distance as well. Thank you!!

All I can say is that it was wonderful. Both the apartment and the complex impressed us in a good way. Nineteen swimming pools, tennis courts, padel, basketball, football and golf. If we return to Murcia, we will definitely come back here. Magnificent.

Hello, I recommend this apartment. The apartment has a beautiful terrace. The apartment has everything you need to live. Additionally, you are equipped with tennis rackets and golf clubs. Around the apartment you have 16 swimming pools, peace and quiet. There is a mini market and a restaurant at the resort. 20 minutes to the nearest beach.

We loved our stay! The apartment was pristine and the view breathtaking. The pool was definitely a plus! If we’re ever back in Murcia, we’d stay here again without a doubt.

amazing place with a great host (+): how clean it was (-): maybe how far the tennis courts were but still lovely

Perfect location for our weekend of golf (+): Very clean and tidy apartment with everything we needed for our golf trip. The views over the golf course were great and the pool close by was much needed in the July heat. (-): Nothing negative to say about the property itself. There is only really one place to eat on the resort and no clubhouse for the golf course so if you don’t plan on doing much cooking then you’ll need to probably drive off the resort to mix it up.

Relaxing stay in lovely apartment. (+): As the pictures show, this is a lovely apartment with great views. It is very central for travelling to places like Murcia and Cartagena. Amazing stay, lovely apartment, the neighbours we met were all very friendly and helpful. (+): The property was lovely, clean, comfortable and amazingly well equipped. (-): Bathroom arrangement was a little awkward, felt like I was stepping out of the shower into the toilet, but appreciate this is the way the bathroom was put in.

Overall great accommodation, good communication from host .. views sunrise & sunsets spectacular (+): Beautiful view overlooking the lake & golf course HR has a great bar with happy hour some day, a new cafe (Sips) now open, Spar shop to get provisions (-): Very little on the corner of balcony as north facing You need a car as no public transport

Nice stay, great pools, relaxing (+): Nice and quiet site, great pools, lovely apartment (-): It was great but breakfast service at the onsite restaurant needs to improve. The choices and prices were brilliant but getting served was really difficult. On one occasion my family had to walk away and go elsewhere as there didn't seem to be anyone to serve people. There are signs saying wait to be served by the main door but there is only so long you can stand there in the blazing sun with children.

Excellent apartment in a beautiful location! (+): Communication with host Tom is clear and very pleasant! The apartment has its own parking space in a garage underneath the building, but there is also plenty of space along the road on the resort. There is a lift. It is very quiet. The apartment has a good kitchen, a washing machine and an exceptionally beautiful living room and outdoor terrace! It is wonderful to sit and enjoy the view over the golf course and the surroundings. Two large bedrooms with lovely beds and a nice bathroom! One of the 19 large swimming pools is just around the corner within walking distance. The apartment has easy-to-carry sun loungers and even beach towels. It really has every convenience. Within walking distance across the golf courses, the resort has a fairly spacious supermarket and a restaurant where you can enjoy good food all day! Tourist attractions are a 20 to 30 minute drive away. (-): Absolutely nothing!

Fantastic, we will definitely return (+): A fully equipped apartment and kitchen, and I really mean fully equipped. There were two golf sets available to use, with good equipment and other golf accessories, such as a rangefinder. (-): A separate toilet is missing.

(+): The view of the golf course. The apartment and its private parking. However, in winter the terrace cannot be used. Too cold. But I am sure it is great in summer. (-): Far from shops. A little too isolated. But the SPAR convenience store is welcome.

Beautiful apartment, simply perfect! (+): The apartment is in a secure golf resort and it is truly beautiful! All the furniture is very new, well maintained and very comfortable! From the beautiful wicker seating on the wonderful terrace to the comfortable sofa in the living room and the great bed! Everything was wonderfully cosy and very comfortable. The underground garage directly beneath the apartment was also excellent, and the highlight was the beautiful, enormous terrace! We felt very comfortable here and would gladly have stayed longer. This accommodation is really suitable for a long holiday because everything is very comfortable, well equipped and simply has everything you need. Contact with the owner was extremely friendly, and we received all the information and many tips. We were absolutely delighted, even though we are not golfers at all.

Pleasant and fully equipped apartment (+): The apartment is very fully equipped. Wonderful view. (-): The outdoor unit for the bedroom air conditioning is on the terrace/balcony. It makes a lot of noise and produces a lot of heat. This is a shame because.

A very pleasant stay (+): A nice apartment, and it was great that we could borrow the golf bag. (-): I would prefer a south-facing balcony without glass in front, but that is because it is by the golf course.

(+): It is good, with everything you need for a few days of rest. It has a good terrace and a pleasant view. Air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room. (-): The neighbours; complaining about loud music at six in the afternoon is really something. Besides, it was not even very loud! If there are children or you are a little hard of hearing, you are going to have problems in this apartment.
